The mission of the Center is to empower underserved peoples by providing accessible, high-quality education and career development opportunities in the trades and tech industries coupled with a transformational Financial Literacy Program rooted in Christian values. The accessibility is offered through individual non-profits who will utilize the resources of The Institute to offer access to a menu of opportunities to their constituents. SEU is behind the resources available through the institute.

Trade and Tech Jobs and Careers Learning

Providing training and certification programs in a variety of trade skills and tech career paths, equipping individuals with practical skills for well-paying careers in industries such as construction, healthcare, technology, and more.

Financial Literacy

Offering comprehensive Christian financial literacy programs that empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed financial decisions, manage their resources wisely, and plan for a secure future while giving back to others and the Church.

Apprenticeships

Creating apprenticeship programs in partnership with local businesses, allowing students to gain hands-on experience while earning an income and working towards industry-recognized certifications, especially in the trades and business industries.

Mentorships

Establishing mentorship initiatives that connect high school, college, and adult students with experienced professionals and entrepreneurs who can provide guidance, support, and real-world insights
