The Book of Acts
This class will examine the book of Acts from historical, grammatical, and narrative perspectives. The introduction will provide students with essential background to Acts, followed by a chapter-by-chapter exploration of the narrative. Each chapter will highlight one or two key observations to help students grasp the overall flow and message of the book. Along the way, attention will also be given to preaching insights, helping students connect the text of Acts to the task of proclamation today. The aim is to give students a clear and engaging familiarity with the entirety of Acts.
